Worst customer service
What a useless courier,I was suppose to receive my parcel on the 24th of March,my order was out for delivery I got a text saying that at 08:00 then I received a message saying that the driver is on the way at 16:15 next thing when I click on the link it saying that the driver can’t get ahold of me,how is that possible when I received a message less than a minute ago,customer service will keep putting you on hold even today my parcel wasn’t put out for delivery,I still haven’t received it

26 Mar 2025, 18:31Thank you to Khanyi,who called me this morning and told me the driver would be coming this morning and for also calling me and asking me if I’ve received me parcel,she was the only person at customer care who bothered to help me after calling more than 10 times the previous day
