Worst customer service

The Worst service from phone calls not being answered, to being told my driver will be contacted on my behalf and an hour (5pm) after i was told the package will be delivered, I call back and after holding for 10 minutes, "the driver will not make it on time but they are in your area" please try be specific on times and stick to that First time shopping at Addisas online and also first time getting courieit as a delivery service and it is the worst experience. The last consultant even says if the driver sees your number they may leave it, so i will send them a message. It sucks! I could have left the office 1 hour ago but because i was given false information i stayed another hour hopeful that the damn package will be here. DO BETTER!
