Worst Courier Services

It should rather be called CancelIt. As in cancel this service provider as they terrible with collections. I received an SMS at 3:30 pm stating that my goods would be collected that day before 5pm. it has now been 3 business days later and still no one has come to collect or communicated that collection has been rescheduled. I called them and they said they would book my collection yesterday, still haven't heard back from them.
