WORST COURIER SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA

I ordered online from the iStore. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 25 November 2022. It is 30 November 2022 now and it is still not delivered. When I phoned CourierIT, the wrong address was on my waybill. Then they can't find the address, after asking them to get the driver to call me when they need to deliver the driver does not call. No it has to be marked as a special delivery suddenly. It is pathetic. I cannot understand that you operate a company in South Africa that is this useless. Most pathetic service in South Africa. I think you should consider changing your name to NO COURIER AT ALL as this is what you are doing. Your company is a disaster!!!! SORT YOUR **** OUT OR GET SOMEONE TO OPERATE YOUR COMPANY AS IT SHOULD BE. SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES A COMPANY GREAT OR TERRIBLE.
