WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER AND WORST CALL CENTER AGENT NATASHA PRETORIUS

I have to say this is THE WORST Courier Service I have ever have to deal, I just got off the phone with an agent by the name of Natasha Pretorius who clearly doesn't what she o doing in the courier industry. I have asked a simple question as to when am I going to receive my parcel and where is the driver she just put the phone on hold and late hung up without anything.
