Worst Courier service ever

Its the worse experience one. Customer Service department u will wait for hours without them answering. The delivery person wont even phone u and inform you of where ur parcel is and will come at your place un announced . a person collect your parcel at 06h22 and at 18h08 he arrives at your workplace to deliver it.
