Worst courier service by far

Courierit has got to be the worst courier company I know. I have been waiting for my parcel from cell c. on the 14th Courier it sent me a message at 7:09 saying they were not able to deliver as I was not available. now at 7:09 I am home full time as i work from home. they re-scheduled the delivery to the following day , the same thing happened where the driver stated that they called me 3 times and could not get hold of me. this is a blatant lie, I have never spoken to any driver from Courier it on any of the days. Trying to call their head-office is just as bad because they take time to pick up the call and when they do you get told that I need to call the branch as they don't deal with case of delivery. I am literally at my wits end as I don't know what to do anymore.
