Worst courier service

Honestly the worst courier service. I get a message to say the parcel is on the way but the driver had already left the premises 15 minutes before I even received a message. It tells you track it but the driver blocks it and says no access. I phoned the driver he said there was no access but I live in a complex. I told him to bring it back he told me no it’s not his problem. He was very very rude and shouldn’t be working as a courier delivery guy. We can not keep waiting day by day for your drivers to decide to deliver the goods. Customer services is the worst. You cannot get hold of them and all they can say is sorry on the phone. And it’s up to the driver
