Worst courier company in SA!

Worst courier company to use! I've had an account for 3 years now with them. Parcels ******, missing and broken. No sort of action from courier it! I've also had wrong invoices sent to me consistently belonging to other companies with random huge amounts, requesting I settle them. They love to do that. No sort of apology for that. Their sales rep, Julian Jones, the most unprofessional person I've had to deal with. He thinks its appropriate to do any sort of business on what's app. Unheard of! A sales rep cannot even pick up a phone and call. So unprofessional. The worst courier service for a small business. Extremely expensive as well. Courier Guy all the way!
