Worst courier company every!!

Worst courier company every. I have been waiting for a delivery for 10 working days and still nothing. They don't communicate why delivery cannot be made and after phoning them I have to find out I have to pay for a delivery that is according to takealot a free delivery due to the amount spent. Trying to speak to courier it is a waste of time as they are unhelpful and unwilling to assist. I will not do business with takealot again if they continue to use this courier company!!
