Worst courier company ever!!!!!

So, they told me the delivery will be done Monday (06-01-2025) then I saw the address that they have on the delivery note is wrong. Got a sms and said I will get delivery today and yet the same address still on the note after investigations the lady made sure I'll only receive it tomorrow and I have to deal with it. so, it's their mistake but I have to suffer! Doesn't the customer come 1st?

So, I have to wait longer for my item (a gift for someone) due to their negligence and not doing their working correctly. Now I look *********** to give a gift on time!!!

Most pathetic service ever and worst courier company in South Africa hands down!!!!
