WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!!

***********, unprofessional, useless. Take your pick - CourierIt is ALL of this and so much more!! Parcel picked up from sender on Friday 13 Jan 2023 by CourierIt and that is when the trouble started! Monday 16 Jan 2023 - Contact not available?? Tuesday 17 Jan - scheduled route UNKNOWN?? Driver ran out of time? Wednesday 18 Jan - address problem?? SO SICK OF THEM - WHEN YOU CALL "CUSTOMER CARE" ALL THEY SAY IS "WE WILL SEND AN E-MAIL TO FIND OUT"?? TO WHOM??? Do drivers NOT have GPS? Can drivers not phone and ASK for directions?? They cannot even give me the tel no for their Vereeniging branch as they don't have it??? RIDICULOUS!!! I have send numerous e-mails with NO response. At this stage I am more than willing to go and collect my parcel myself!!!!
