Worst Courier company ever!

To say that I am dissatisfied with your service would be gracious, no no, I am completely disgusted.

As an apparently leading Courier company, you still find it impossible to deliver one small parcel to an individual for almost 2 weeks now...

My parcel was dispatched the 30th of November 2018... We are now at the 10th of December 2018, and still no parcel.

My address was apparently wrong for the Monday delivery, but I find this impossible to believe, as my street is the ONLY street in the whole of Roodepoort. So this lady phoned and took down my address again...

Yet, NO parcel...

Not even ONCE did your agents ATTEMPT to phone me to have my parcel delivered.

This is really the worst Courier company I know. All the others will phone you, ask where you are if you are not available and drive to you if you are still on their route and deliver your parcel. But no you guys just leave it!!!

I truly hope this report goes viral cause this is just disgusting!
