Worst courier company ever!

Been waiting exactly a week for my delivery... I personally called to track my delivery upon which they advised it was an address issue bearing in mind no one called to ask for the correct address not even the driver... I rectified it and waited for delivery as promised for the next working day... Again waited and no delivery... Tracked order later and was horrified to see it says "contact not available"... Nobody called!!! The call centre staff sound like pre-recorded people who put you on hold for over 2 minutes and still can't help you!!! Needless to say I'm paying for something I have no benefit of? I will never refer anyone to courierit... They can take a page from takealot... They have excellent and respectful drivers who go the extra mile!
