Worst Courier Company... Courier it

This is the worst courier company . Friday driver named Prince called me, and told me he has my parcel but he doesn't deliver in my area. I just wonder how come did he have my parcel. Monday when I check he was given the parcel again, guess what he didn't deliver if again, called the company they confirmed that he has my parcel but still he didn't deliver it. Not even sure if I will get my parcel or not. This is the worst courier company ever... I am just wondering why are suppliers using this courier company.
