Worst courier company

Since the 25th of November 2024 i keep receiving sms stating that i would receive my order however the order keeps being returned to the site where parcels are collected i just see they say that the can't get hold of client however i was never called and i haven't received any order. Courier it is the worst Adidas needed to change and use another courier company
