Worst courier company.

The worst. You cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. A very important parcel was out for delivery on Thursday. Today is Monday and i still have no idea when this parcel will be delivered.

There is no customer line as you end up waiting for someone to pick up for 20min at a time. Eventually someone answers and re directs the call.
