Worst Courier company

Worst courier company to ever exits on the face of the earth. The supervisor at the Potch branch Jacques Appelgrein is so nonchalant and doesn’t heed to customers calls, together with the driver at the branch Rabi Ramosa who cited “contact not available” when he didn’t even call nor come to my place… customer services agent are rude. Overall bad company, I don’t recommend it one bit. 4 days in and I still haven’t received my parcel, I’m just being sent from pillar to post without any solutions.
