WORST COMPANY EVER

I don't know why Takealot keeps using this company when all reviews prove how *********** they're .

I made a purchase including delivery on the 4th of Aug 03 scheduled to be delivered on the 11th AUG 03

The 11th passed & I never got any notification or whatsoever about my order & I had to call takealot who on the end also kept me on a loop.

13-14-15 3days in a row I've been using my own resources to enquire about my order.

16 I get a call from a person claiming to be a driver from courier it & kyk he veis I should come to the mall & pick up my order.

I **** you not. [ my order includes delivery ] but some driver wakes me up @6am asking me to collect.

I told him I don't accept that & if they knew they don't deliver at certain areas they shouldn't have taken my order to begin with.

The alleged driver then tells me to sit back he will be in touch...4pm no one contacts me, so I do it myself & call the driver who veis me, they got ******, but ******s didn't take anything so the bosses have ordered them to return to the office with orders [ yeah they think everyone is that dumb]

Well I call in to enquire about this & guess what, I was told to sit back they will get back to me.

5pm they closed shop meaning it was a lie, they don't care., I call takealot & ask but tskealot also wants to sweep the problem under the carpet so they also tell me to sit back ,,& wait for further help, which up to now im still waiting without no knowledge about why is my order not getting delivered
