WORST COMPANY!!!!

First of all, I'm in Johannesburg, my parcel (as indicated clearly on the receiving address), was shipped to DURBAN!!!!!<br> After ME phoning and following up with Courierit (JOLENE), saying I would receive my parcel yesterday...it was in fact in Durban. <br> then again I phone today, will receive my parcel today, Courierit came yes, BUT WITH A WRONG PARCEL!!<br> NOT MINE!! <br> Again phoning Jolene, this time she is blaming the sender company and saying it's NOT Courierit's fault or mistake....<br> after about 1 hour, Courierit came back to my office, collecting the incorrect parcel and delivering my parcel. <br> now I ask you, was it the senders fault? How did they get my parcel within 60min??<br> THE WORST!!!<br> if I can help it, I will never use them again!<br> They cant take responsibility for their mistakes! Blaming all around them but themselves!! <br> SO BE WARNED NEW CLIENTS AND EXISTING CLIENTS.... you will either NEVER see your parcel.... OR receive a different parcel!!!! <br>
