Worst bad service missing parcel

Tracked my parcel and showed it was placed in the vehicle with driver Riaaz Manuel. I never received further communication. Called them and was told the driver was hijacked and parcel taken. I don't believe this. They should have proof of what was in that vehicle and inform their clients. Was never provided with a saps case nr as proof. This courier company is super ***** with only bad reviews.
