Worse service ever

I have been waiting on my parcel to be delivered since Tuesday. I only receive an sms after expected delivery time that the driver could not locate the address.When i checked the address, it was a totally different address that don't even exist.I called them yesterday and they advised that they would reschedule for tomorrow (which is today ) today I check and the courier/driver did not have access to the building - Does one not call the person who needs to get the parcel.I contacted the branch and they now saying they gave my contact details to the driver today and will reschedule for tomorrow .Seriously guys? I set an expectation with me and now its not being .This is getting quite frustrating and I am super annoyed. Your service is appalling!!!
