Worse service and unreliable

The driver was very rude and refused to send my parcel even after I have provided him with my work address he dropped the call on me and on the second day I sent countless emails to the company and they promised to deliver my parcel today at my work place around 12 i receive an sms saying they cannot deliver and if I call customer care they say the driver kept calling me I did not respond while my phone has been on my hand the entire day. My waybill number is : ***. I am very disappointed at this company
