worse delivery company ever!!!!

This is the worse courier company ever and not the first time they were used to deliver a parcel to me . We have been waiting for 2 weeks and still no parcel when i called almost R300 worth of airtime to be told they do not deliver in local areas,rather they outsource our delivery to Ekasie couriers who does not even drive with a GPS system can't find a simple address, i mean could i have not been told this the 1st week of querying already rather giving a lot of reasons why the parcel is late. You guys are of no use i would recommend FastWay , The Courier Guy, anytime even Big Foot is much better that you guys. As i see all the BAD reviews you are getting but not even bothered jeez .
