Worse customer care, parcel deliverd to wrong adress and given to a wrong person, wrong GPS coordinates, not even called.

I bought a pair of speakers during black friday specials in 2022. Courierit was supposed to deliver my parcel given to them on 25 Nov 2022, on 4 Dec as I tri6to track my parcel was surprised to to see the message that parcel was delivered on 2 Dec. When I enquire with them they give me a proof of delivery with wrong adress and wrong name of the receiver
