Worse courier company

I received a SMS my parcel will be coming on Monday, 2 July and nothing came. I phoned them on Tuesday and they said the driver was hijacked and my parcel wasn't recovered. They dont even have the decency to phone and let me know, as I was waiting the entire day for my delivery, if I didn't phone on Tuesday I would still be waiting. This is unacceptable, I dont even know if and when I will be getting my parcel. This has to be the worse courier company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional.
