Workers ***** parcels and take no responsibility

I made an order online 29 May 2025 at adidas promised to be delivered 2-5 business days and till today it not delivered - I have called their courier company courierit and enquire about the parcel from the 2nd of June till today but everyday I am told, it will be delivered the next day and next day no delivery and I call again until on the 6th of June and was told it under investigation and they will call me midday and update me and till today no call and tracking it mentioned that AEDO delivery failure and nothing is happening - they ***** parcels and still not refund them and do not update customers
