WHY DO COURIERS OR PEOPLE USE THIS COMPANY?????

Wow we cannot complain about service because they are so slow. A tortoise is faster. I got a sms the 10th March 2023 at 9am package will not be delivered today. At 2pm got another sms pacakage will be delivered befor 5pm business day. GOT NO DELIVERY. Monday I phoned them to find out thst the system does that. Was told delivery will be on Tuesday 14th March. I phoned again at 1.30pm on Tuesday to be told it is out for delivery. Driver phoned me +-30minutes later and I was told he has a problem with his truck. Now I will get delivery of packagr on Thursday 16th March 2023. I pray it is this year 2023.
