WHERE IS MY PARCEL??????????????? AND WHY ARE YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENTS SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Courier It have had my parcel for 4 days and have not done a single thing with it yet. When I check the tacking it states "Waybill captured" so I called the JHB call centre and the service agent was disgustingly rude. She wouldn’t even acknowledge that there was a problem. I tried to ask her why my parcel had just been sitting in JHB for 4 days and she bluntly told me to call back another day. The service is absolutely shocking. I WANT MY PARCEL PLEASE!!!!!!!!
