When they want to use courier company, refuse COURIERIT

Worst incompetence ever, they say are a solution, but all I've been seeing is problems, no reliability and proper communication whatsoever, I app**** for a phone through Telkom, it was handed over to Courierit, I gave instructions for the delivery address as I work shifts that change weekly either at work or at home, Monday I get a missed they say courier didn't find me at the address which is a lie, I follow a link to their site where upon putting in the ref number to track parcel and find that the address is incomplete, I updated correctly, called them to address this issue, they promised delivery next day, driver doesn't pitch, I check their site again it was never dispatched, call them to re-arrange delivery for Wednesday now, driver didn't pitch again, called them waiting 11 times before I could get through to customer "disservice", they tell me it wasn't dispatched because suddenly now my address changed to one I don't even know and say it was bound to my workplace, to which I told them again I won't be at work rather at home during their delivery time slots, today is Thursday, called them only to be told after waiting 51mins for them connect that my delivery address was changed to my work address. I was promised am urgent delivery for today still at home, well won't even hold my breath.
