What use is a delivery service if they can't deliver?

<p>My package was supposed to be here by 8 Feb 2017. It is now the 10th with no package to be seen. When I call the couriers, they either have an excuse why they haven't deliver it or keep promising me that it will be here in the next hour or just don't answer. IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS WITH NO PACKAGE!!! How are you so *********** that you can't even do the only service that you provide or don't provide. You beat all other delivery service in not delivering. Congrats!</p>
