What a useless company

<p>Friday last week Samsung ADH logged a drop and collect for Courierit to drop a loan phone off and collect my phone for repairs on Monday 14th November I received 1 call on the Monday which cut off as I answered I called back no one could help me I left my name and number no return call ... today they called again and call cut off before I even got to my fone after only one ring??? called back and was informed without a waybill number I cannot be helped ... tomorrow is a week of bad service from your company they never try call back if they are unable to contact the client ... I'm unhappy as my phone needs to be repaired and I need my loan fone from your company asap</p>
