Support your paying clients 1st!!! Most terrible service EVER!!!! PHONED ON THE 24 TH OF DECEMBER, to confirm my delivery for my child's Christmas gift! Capetown branch told me it would NOT deliver on that day and that n have to wait for the 27th of December... We went on with our day and they send it to my work address on the 24th ( after i phoned the moring early to confirm) ....where i would have waited for the parcel... (Even though there were people there they did not even try to drop it off or phone me)

Phoned the 27th again, and told me delivery would happen that day! And i confirmed an adress , waited the whole day for my childs gift! Phoned just before 5 ... Told me the delivery would happen TODAY!!! 30th of December. . . NOTHING!!!!! WAITED AGAIN THE WHOLE DAY!!!!!!
