What a pathetic display of basic service

This is the most pathetic courier company in the whole of South Africa. This is the second time that my delivery details have been taken incorrectly. How can anyone with basic common sense send out a parcel with nothing more than a street name as an address? And the drivers are even worse! They have my contact details but do not bother trying to call, I simply get a message saying that my place of work no longer exists. I had a delivery which required a proof of ID but the delivery driver gave that parcel over to a security fo a different company entirely!!! And when you call the help center you are received with zero assistance and blatant arrogance!! This company is an absolute worthless and pathetic disgrace to what should be an incredibly simple service!! It should be shut down and closed permanently! I am still wait on my parcel with tracking code THD***4
