What a pathetic company.

I have never come across a more useless courier company than yourselves. This is the first time I am using your company for a shipment from Amazon USA. Unfortunately, Amazon never put the Estate down, but only Paarl. This then went back to your depot. No-one contacted me. I found this out on your tracking. I then phoned your office on Monday and sent an email as well as a web enquiry. Once again, no reply and I phoned and spoke to Treasure today. The address still had not been changed, although your tracking had been updated and was out for delivery. I gave Treasure my correct address who promised to come back to me. Two hours later and still no contact. You need to learn from Courier guy. If their driver can't find a place he phones the receiver. What a pathetic company.
