WHAT A HORRIBLE COURIER COMPANY

I cannot believe how much of a horrible service I am receiving from this company. My parcel was supposed to be delivered 6 days ago and I still have not recieved, I have been calling them since Monday and I am being given the runaround. I'm told the driver is out for delivery and the delivery never arrives. I hope takealot cuts ties with this company because they are absolutely horrible. Customers like me will now be scared of placing orders on takealot going forward because of COURIERIT. What a bad company, the workers on the phone are unprofessional, it's just a mess. Please beware
