Well I got assisted by Letters Novela and the service was exceptional

Well I got assisted by Letters Novela and the service was exceptional. They couldn’t reach me at first when they called but they eventually got ahold of me and I managed to make an alternative for me to get my package. It is actually nice working with people who are not rude, people who are kind and understanding. Can we atleast be provided with an option for an alternate number Incase the first number cannot be reached in order to avoid causing distractions for service providers like Letters Novela. Overall I am thankful and happy.
