I will never ever use this company again,very unprofessional and not reliable.they were supposed to get my parcel in Pretoria police station in September 2019 but they failed to go and get my parcel then I decided to get a friend of mine to get the parcel for me,then I phoned them and explained to the lady and she said it's fine but it will take 15 days to refund me then I said it's ok and it was the 18th of October 2019,I phoned her again in November 2019 just to do a follow-up on my refund she said she will phone me back but she never did ok fine ,I phoned her again in December 2019 now she is asking me if I have proof of payment,when did I make the payment lots of unnecessary questions.January 2020 I phoned again and she gave me their Cape town office number and I spoke to this other lady she checked on the system but she couldn't find my payment and she said she's going to phone Pretoria and find out.two weeks later I phoned cape town office again and send the lady the proof of payment and she promised me the money will be paid into my bank account before the end of the week.but as i'm writing this comment i'm still waiting for my refund and it's 5 months already .i'm advising you south africans never use this company,they are unreliable and unprofessional
