We need more people like her

I'd just like to thank Bongiwe Maphalu once again for pulling all stops to make sure my parcel is received on time after Boardmans stuffed up everything. We really need more people like her in our Customer Service Departments. She was very professional and very calm and believe me you I was fuming when I called in. I see why she's a Team Leader, she deserves it...and more
