I would like to complaint about this stupid and unprofessional courier company. Mc Braun and His People are very terrible I've waiting my cellphone for almost a week now. they did not deliver the device until now and when you call their number, they don't pick the phone. it's been a month without phone and i spoke to one of their consultants by the name of Itumeleng Morotolo who promised me yesterday on the 4th of May 2023 that the device will be delivered to me same day guess what He/she is no longer replying to my emails. these people are very pathetic and unprofessional just imagine being without a phone for a month. Poor Service delivery and I would never recommend this useless courier to anyone in this world
