Was very impressed with the hands on service of Lerato Mashiane at Courierit. The delivery address had been noted wrong and Lerato amended it and ensured safe delivery of the goods to my door. She followed up and kept me in the loop all the way. Ten out of ten. That is what true customer service looks like. Thank you Lerato!
