Waiting for a dispatched parcel for over a week

The worse courier company by far. Mtn dispatched my phone a week ago and i have been making follow up on the delivery of my device every day since then. The driver only says that he will come 'tomorrow' but tomorrow never comes. I think the driver stole the phone
