Wait a century
I dare anyone at all to call this company's customer service number: ***, and see if anyone other than the IVR will engage them. They'll waste up to 30mins waiting for anyone to pick up. I wish Takealot severed their contract with this company and used The Courier Guy or any other reliable and trustworthy courier service. Should anyone order via Takealot and be in outlying area this company will be assigned. My delivery was due on the 13th of November and they still haven't delivered.
