Very very bad Service

What a terrible experience. We booked and paid for overnight from Pretoria to Kathu, it is now 2 and a half days and parcel still not at the destination. The supervisor Zanele in JHB, what an absolute rude individual. She kept on blaming the supplier were parcel was collected for this problem. We put in the request at Courier it to collect a parcel. We made the payment, why would a courier company change the details without informing the person that requested and paid for this. While I am trying to solve the problem, she decided to put the phone down in my hear. Sadly, for her my calls are all recorded, and I will make sure this recording is sent to every single manager at Courier it. I also left 4 message for her supervisor Steve to urgently phone me, well it is not nearly 5 hours later and still no call from him. Please don’t make use of these rude, unhelpful company. They are very quick to take your money but believe me, not so eager to solve your problems. Erika
