Very very and disguting service

Customer services hang up phones, they keep rescheduling orders, I have been been for delivery since last week friday and today its wednesday, they are not are providing updates. Poor very very disguting services. If i had a choice I wouldnt have had my delivery to be handled by them and now have to deal with them and their poor services. Simple thing deliver parcel to designated address if you cant provide a simple update notify the client. Tracking/Waybill Number: ***A
