Very poor service

Its really been frustrating dealing with this company because according to their online platform my parcel would have been delivered last week Thursday and yet we have not received it. You call their call centre and no one answers or if they do they then they drop it. I would like my parcel delivered today and for someone to call me. Poor service is really bad and this is my tracking number C***
