Very disappointed and unsatisfied

I wish I could give the East London branch of this company a zero star rating. They have no idea of what it means to run a professional service. I have been waiting for a parcel to arrive for ten days now. I was given notifications that they tried to deliver my parcel, but they are lying because I am at the delivery address throughout the day and nobody came. They didn’t even take the imitative to try to call me, if they did perhaps try. The one day they said that they tried to deliver, I know the parcel was still at the depot as I called the depot to enquire abs the lady confirmed that it was in the cage, ready to be sent back to the supplier ! I have been promised it will be delivered on their next delivery in two days time. Let’s see if this happens
