Very disappointed

I bought sneakers from Adidas online.They use courierit as they delivery mode.The app said on the 19th of March 2025 is my delivery date.I contacted the courierit call center they answered my call and said they are passing my call to the relevant department it just rang and no one answered my call.I dropped the call and called again it just rang no one answered. I tried several times. They are very unprofessional they don't even inform you about the delivery delay.I am very disappointed.
