Very bad service by Courier it

If you are thinking of using Courier it, think again. They have very bad service, you will receive a tracking number and when you track your parcel you will be told that delivery has been tried and returned because you have no intercom in your house. I have had a similar message 6 times on my profile but no one ever tried to contact me. So if you have no intercom and you thinking of Courier it, dont even dare.
