Very bad service

I recently purchased an item online courier it told me to make someone be available Tuesday the 20th of June as they will make delivery. Arrangements were made for someone to be at the house but order still hasn't arrived and today is the 22nd of June. I am being given stupid reason's by the courier company and am very disappointed in their service. 3 days i had to make arrangements for someone to be at the house and they dont call to say we can't come today i have to call them.The company is Courier It and their service is very terrible. Shoe i bought still hasnt been delivered and i have been told tomorrow a whole week to deliver one item disappointed
